A MINISTER’S VISIT FOR A BRAND NEW FACILITY
In early 2020, Big Plans welcomed the Minister for Aged Care, The Hon. Luke Donnellan, Jackson Taylor MP for the seat of Bayswater, CEO of Eastern Health, Mr. David Plunkett, and Natalie Pitt, Director of STH Architects, as part of the process of designing the new $81.58M Wantirna Aged Care Facility.
The team came to inspect the capability of our technology and understand how it helped the design works for the new facility.
The 120-bed purpose-built facility will comprise single rooms with ensuites, providing privacy and independence while delivering the highest standard of care. Residents will be accommodated in a home-like environment, with access to natural light and outlooks over the Dandenong Ranges.
